The railway freight transportation industry is the basic industry for China's econo mic development.Its healthy and sustainable development is an important guarantee fo r the country's economic development,reducing the gap between the rich and the poo r,and narrowing the regional economic gap.As China's economic development enters the "new normal",the characteristics of low energy consumption,high safety,energy s aving and environmental protection,and large transportation volume of railway freight transportation are very suitable for the current development needs of China's economy.However,with the rapid development of the social economy and the major adjustment of the economic structure,today's cargo transportation demand has created new require ments for railway freight transportation.The original railway freight transportation indu stry has been unable to meet and adapt to the rapid development of today's social eco nomy.The adjustment of economic structure,the contradiction between supply and de mand of railway freight transportation has gradually emerged,and the lack of transport ation capacity of railway freight transportation in China has seriously restricted the rap id development of China's economy.Therefore,how to promote the development of C hina's railway freight transport industry to better meet China's economic development a nd integrate into the inherent requirements of integrated transportation is very importan t.At present,in the strategy analysis of the development of railway freight transpor tation industry,foreign countries pay more attention to market forces,market barriers and government monopoly have become the biggest obstacle to the development of rai lway freight industry,that is,market competition is a key factor to promote the devel opment of railway freight industry.Domestic research is biased towards the impact of policy backgrounds and other modes of transportation on the development of the rail f reight industry.These studies ignore the impact of railway freight nodes on the develo pment of the railway freight transport industry.The planning and layout of railway fre ight transport nodes has become an important issue that restricts the development and upgrading of railway freight transport industry.However,in the actual operation of therailway freight transportation hub in China,more administrative factors are considere d,mainly based on direct technical and economic feasibility,and less on the impact o f inter-regional economic linkage strength and network efficiency.Objectively,there are problems such as blind construction,repeated layout and unreasonable competition of railway freight transportation network hub facilities.As a result,problems such as low level of cargo distribution and poor economies of scale in railway freight hubs have arisen,which has reduced the overall efficiency of the railway freight network.Theref ore,based on the existing research theories and operational practices,this paper makes full consideration of the interaction of inter-regional cargo interaction strength,and bu ilds China's railway freight transportation network under the background of the overall network of railway freight transportation network.Then,by measuring the node import ance measure index,the node importance of the nodes in the railway freight transport ation network is measured,and the econometrics PCSE and SCCSE models are used t o deeply explore the influencing factors behind the node development.On this basis,based on the influence factors of the development of the affected nodes,the developm ent strategy of the railway freight transport industry is analyzed to promote the health y and sustainable development of China's railway freight transport industry.
