Shanghai-Nanjing Road occupies an important position in domestic highways.Since its opening to traffic,the traffic volume has gradually expanded,and it has decided to expand lanes to solve traffic congestion.This article is based on Shanghai-Nanjing expansion project.The main research content is as follows?In this paper,the traffic data of eight lanes in two directions of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway are investigated and analyzed,and the overload data of China,Jiangsu Province and Shanghai-Nanjing Road are collected.The complete load sheet parameters of Shanghai-Nanjing Road traffic load are determined,and the equivalent load conversion is made by the appropriate method.The results show that the traffic load of Shanghai-Nanjing expressway is seriously overloaded.According to the standard,Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway belongs to the category of extremely heavy traffic.Based on the National conditions of our country,this paper puts forward the design objectives and technical requirements of the heavy-duty asphalt pavement of Shanghai-Nanjing Road,and determines the durable asphalt pavement structure forms of flexible base,semi-rigid base,and continuous reinforced concrete base that are suitable for heavy traffic of Huning.In this paper,the design of asphalt mixture under heavy load condition is studied,and the properties of asphalt mixture under heavy load condition are tested and analyzed,including high temperature rut resistance,pressure resistance design parameters and fatigue performance.The composition design method of heavy duty asphalt mixture is proposed,and the technical standards of two design methods,Markov and rotary compaction,for heavy duty durable asphalt mixture are recommended.The design of semi-rigid base cement-stabilized gravel mixture was studied,and a stable cement-stabilized gravel grade with good shrinkage performance was proposed.In this paper,the mechanical response,failure mechanism and stress and strain distribution of the selected pavement structure under vehicle load are analyzed by using elastic layered theory and finite element method.It lays the foundation for improving the durability of the road structure in the later period.In this paper,the test section of the chosen pavement structure is paved,and the structure force state,material performance and pavement performance of different base asphalt pavement are analyzed.Among them,the flexible base section of Wuxi Expressway uses a relatively thick asphalt layer,which is conducive to improving the overall strength and durability of the road surface.The semi-rigid basic section of the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway Project proposed a new semi-rigid base layer,and thickened the asphalt layer,giving full play to the advantages of the semi-rigid basic level,and improving its strengths and weaknesses.The observation results of the test section show that several types of pavement structures proposed in this paper are suitable for heavy traffic on Shanghai-Nanjing Road.
