The burner is the core component of the asphalt mixing equipment.The comprehensive performance of the burner determines the economics of the asphalt product.The multi-functional environment-friendly coal/natural gas dual-purpose burner rationally selects economical fuel coal powder or natural gas,adopts advanced combustion control scheme,and uses automatic control technology to improve the combustion efficiency of the burner and reduce the pollution caused by combustion.It is also of practical significance for the supporting manufacturers of asphalt mixing equipment to be in an advantageous position in today’s fierce market competition.This paper takes a 2000 type coal/natural gas dual-purpose burner as an example,and the research focuses on the following aspects:1 Analyze the structure and working principle of the coal/natural gas dual-purpose burner;analyze the structure of the drying cylinder,point out the arrangement of the preheating zone,heating zone and combustion zone in the cylinder,and calculate the heat balance in the drying cylinder.The consumption of coal and natural gas is provided,which provides the basis for the simulation of the next chapter.By calculating the amount of flue gas and steam generated,the main factors affecting the temperature of the flue gas are analyzed,and the temperature of the exhaust gas during the drying process can be obtained.The curtain formed by the particulate material is related to the contact area of the hot flue gas.2 On the basis of theoretical analysis,3D modeling with Pro/E software,ANSYS ICEM software meshes the fluid domain,and then introduces CFD simulation software FLUENT to dry the pulverized coal and burn the natural gas separately.The numerical simulation is carried out in the field.By changing the influence of the pulverized coal and natural gas injection speed on the flow field distribution,the flow field velocity distribution law and temperature distribution law are compared to determine the appropriate injection speed,improve the thermal efficiency inside the drum and the drying of the granular material.quality.3 With S7-200 PLC as the core control system,the system hardware is designed and explained according to the specific functions of the coal/natural gas burner.For the function to be realized,the PLC selection scheme is proposed,and then the hardware is completed.Address assignment and wiring of the module.4 Based on the analysis of the burner control mode,the control system software design is carried out,which can realize the functions of temperature monitoring of asphalt mixture,monitoring of furnace pressure,control of wind and coal ratio,and debugging of relevant variables of control system.
