| This paper expounds and analyzes the coal and oil dual-use asphalt mixing plant in structural components,design and application.Analyzing the economic benefit of using coal and oil as the asphalt mixing plant's fuel, coal-fired asphalt plant's compared with oil-fired asphalt plant's cost saves 69%~83%.So the application and generalization of the coal and oil dual-use asphalt mixing plant has significant economic and social benefits in saving energy,reducing fuel cost and so on.This paper gives three types asphalt mixing plant's design proposals of coal dust burner's,coal and oil dual-use burner's,coal and oil mixing burner's asphalt mixing plant; discusses the mixing plant's composition and operational principle using different burner; analyzes mixing plant's performance characteristics when using different proposal.Through analyzing the structure of dry cylinder this paper indicates that blade arrangement of preheating district,heating district and burning district in dry cylinder should be compatible with burner's flame shape and length. So in heating district reasonable density material screens can be formed when the aggregate's heating temperature and the temperature of exhaust gas are taken into account and made these temperatures to an appropriate balance. The overall arrangement of the dry cylinder,the discharge system and structural design of discharge tank should be taken as prerequisite to make sure of the appropriate arrangement and using convenience of the burner.Through the heat balance calculation this thesis gets coal and oil consumption and this provides basis for design and selection of appropriate burner. Through the calculation of coal and oil consumption this thesis gets the volume of smoke and steam and this provide basis for selection of fan. The calculation of burning temperature provides basis for the control of aggregate's heating temperature and the asphalt mixture's discharge temperature.This thesis gives three types burner the design technique and chief design parameters of the three types of burner and some main points in the design of dustproof system when burning coal dust.This thesis gives coal dust's main performance index,the process of coal dust production and the matching principle of coal dust supply and the whole machine's performance parameters,the environmental measure and fire-proof and explosion-proof safety measure in the coal dust's manufacture,transportation,burn.This thesis also tests and goes on performance test on the LB3000 asphalt mixing plant which uses the coal and oil dual-use burner. And the test result is that of this plant's finished product quality is consonant with requirements of the construction norms, its production capacity is close to rated capacity productivity, it works steadily, its fuel consumption rate and cost is lower. It meets with design requirements. |
