In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the development of traffic automobile industry is advancing by leaps and bounds.Cars provide convenience for citizens to travel,but the growing speed of the urban motor vehicles is much faster than the speed of construction of parking,so the problem of urban parking difficulty is becoming more and more serious.In the Internet era,how to realize the sharing of parking resources is an important breakthrough to alleviate the contradiction of urban parking,so the concept of "berth sharing" emerges as the times require.On the one hand,the parking space in residential area has the characteristics of large quantity and fixed use time,on the other hand,it can complement the parking and construction of other land types in time and space,so it is necessary to study the parking of residential area.Bit sharing is of great practical significance.First of all,this paper analyzes the parking characteristics of residential areas,and expounds the feasibility of berth sharing in residential areas from four aspects: national policy,technical theory,parking users and implementation management.The Internet technology is used to design the parking reservation sharing platform for individual needs in residential areas,starting from the analysis of the realization mode of parking reservation sharing in residential areas,through the composition of elements and functional requirements,The overall design of the platform is analyzed in detail from four aspects of architecture design and workflow.Secondly,the research on shared parking choice model based on RP and SP is helpful for parking managers to make reasonable parking policies and parking measures.Based on parking sharing environment and parking participation identity,this paper analyzes parking behavior and sharing intention in residential areas.According to the potential variables of service level,attitude perception,social value and sharing intention,a model of subjective attitude structure equation of shared parking considering parking demand is established,which is tested by model,and the parameters are estimated.Based on the model evaluation and model modification,the main factors that affect the parking demand users' choice of parking space sharing in residential areas are obtained,which is used as the screening condition of the optimal shared berth allocation model in the following paper.Then,a shared parking reservation assignment model is established,which includes two parts: the optimal shared parking allocation model and the optimal parking path guidance model.The optimal shared berth allocation model is based on the preliminary selection and final determination of the shared berth,and the improved model is applied in combination with the grey relational analysis.The method is used to solve the model.The optimal parking path guidance model is based on the two attribute factors of the path distance and the quality of the road in the parking lot,and the algorithm is implemented by the adopted improved model,which is the Dijkstra.Finally,taking the allocation of shared parking spaces between Xi'an Northern Hospital and surrounding residential areas as an example,the shared parking reservation allocation model is applied to practice,and the applicability and reliability of the model are analyzed.
