Research And Practice On The Design Of Cultural Innovation Products With Residual Stone

China's stone mining volume and demand are among the forefront of the world,and China's stone waste rate is extremely high,which not only fails to meet the domestic demand for certain stone materials,but also imposes a burden on the environment.However,Chinese stone is a block material production with low value,and the entire stone industry needs to be transformed and upgraded.On the one hand,practices on the design of residual stone can improve the utilization rate of stone and reduce the environmental burden.On the other hand,stone cultural value can be given and the connotation of stone products can be enhanced,thus guiding the stone industry transforms and updates to high-quality stone product manufacturing industry.This study analyzes the user's subjective impressions and expectations of stone cultural innovation products through user research,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the stone cultural innovation products in the market,so that the design practice direction of residual stone can be obtained.This study combines the stone with the "shape,quality,grain and color" in the stone culture,analyzes the residual stone from the three aspects of material,color matching and surface technology,and explores the cultural expression and design combination form of the residual stone.In the study,the processing technology of residual stone sheet was analyzed,and the creative expression of stone texture aesthetics was explored.The research finds that the image of stone cultural innovation products is “bulky”,“expensive” and “cold”.Therefore,the new semantics of the stone need to be integrated into the traditional culture and modern culture from three aspects: emotional design,light and portable design,and scientific and technological design.In this study,the elements of the shadow film,paper-cut,ink painting,tea art,garden culture,stone appreciation culture,nostalgic culture and modern culture were extracted.Based on the combination of cultural creation and function,the practice on the design of residual stone was discussed.This study draws on the undulating level of ink painting and uses the splicing of stone with different color,so that the stone picture not only stays on the texture of the material itself,but also highlights the boundary line with the undulation of mountains and rivers,enriching the feeling of the picture of residual stone.The drawing obtained by the splicing of residual stone is light in weight and effectively reduces the material and transportation cost.By comparing the paper-cutting and shadow-shaping techniques,the texture of the residual stone sheet is expressed under the transmission of light and the texture is delicate and rich in layering.In this study,the texture translucent expression of stone is applied to the lamps and switch panels of the home decoration,which changes the expression of the texture aesthetics of the traditional stone culture,and brings a new texture aesthetic experience to the user,thus the stone culture is innovated.Integrating modernity of modern culture into tableware design,combining stone with walnut and brass,and using the warmth of wood and brass to effectively neutralize the icy image of stone;the nostalgic culture and modern culture are integrated into the design of the speaker,tea table and other products.The fusion of the stone and the sense of science and technology are realized,and the elements of the stone material are given the sense of technology,so that the stone material has the temperature of using.
