With the acceleration of the "coal gasification" process in China,the gas meter as the only instrument of gas metering has been increasing in number in recent years.The domestic use of intelligent gas meter 60% is IC card intelligent gas meter,although the IC card gas meter solves the problem of the difficulty of reading the household,the gas company can only understand the gas data and gas meter status when the user goes to the appointed business Hall,which brings great pressure to the gas company to read the meter.And the gas user management brings difficulties,can not meet the development needs of gas industry.With the rapid development of large data and cloud computing,gas companies need to use remote meter reading technology to realize real-time data collection and security monitoring of gas meter,by acquiring a large amount of user data and dispatching according to the gas condition.This paper presents a scheme of remote automatic gas meter reading system based on Lora communication technology and uses Lora spread spectrum communication technology and GPRS communication technology to realize remote meter reading.Mainly completes the following work:(1)The paper analyzes the existing remote meter reading technology and introduces the characteristics of each meter reading technology and the application scene.According to the demand,the paper puts forward the solution of automatic gas meter reading system based on Lora communication technology,analyzes the function and performance requirement of data concentrator,and provides the basis for the design of data concentrator.(2)The hardware of the data concentrator is designed.The data concentrator takes the core of MY-IMX6-CB140 microcontroller as main control core,realizes the uplink data uploading by downlink reading and GPRS communication module by Lora Spread spectrum communication module,realizes the timing meter reading by the external real-time clock,and uses the power supply and rechargeable lithium battery hybrid mode,To ensure that the data concentrator can work correctly after the power outage,LCD display module facilitates man-machine interaction,and the interface between the serial port and the NIC facilitates the on-line debugging of the data concentrator and computer.(3)The software of the data concentrator is designed.In this paper,the uplink communication and downlink communication process and data characteristics of data concentrator are analyzed in detail,and detailed uplink communication and downlink communication protocols are developed,and the software implementation and auxiliary software development are completed by using QT5 in the Linux system environment.(4)The data concentrator is applied to test.According to the relevant standards,the transmitting power test and the receiving sensitivity test are carried out for the spread Spectrum communication module of the data concentrator,the voltage adjustment rate of the power supply module is tested,and the data concentrator is tested at high and low temperature,the view distance test,the pressure test,the laboratory network test and the cell network The test results show that the distance between the data concentrator and the gas meter can reach 4 km,which can complete the network meter reading business of complex structure,and the success rate of meter reading is 100%.
