The distribution network occupies a very important position in the power system.If the distribution network fails,it cannot be processed quickly and effectively,it will affect the safety and reliability of the power supply,which will bring inconvenience to the user’s production and life.Therefore,the research on fault diagnosis of distribution network is one of the important topics in the power industry.With the increase of power supply and distribution requirements and the level of science and technology,the grid structure is also constantly upgraded and optimized.The topology of the distribution network is becoming more and more complex,especially the intervention of distributed power sources,making the fault diagnosis of distribution network more difficult.Despite the large amount of capital invested in the construction of the distribution network,due to aging of the line,natural disasters and human error,distribution network failures still occur from time to time.In order to provide power quality,more accurate and rapid distribution network fault location,it is imperative to improve the fault diagnosis capability of the distribution network.This thesis first summarizes and expounds the research status of distribution network fault location.Secondly,it analyzes the fault location principle of traditional distribution network,introduces the classification and intervention criteria of distributed power supply,and compares distributed power supply with traditional power supply to summarize the characteristics of distributed power supply.According to the different access locations of distributed power sources in the distribution network,the impact of fault location on the distribution network is analyzed.Then,the principle of the basic particle swarm algorithm is expounded,and the fault location of the traditional distribution network is modeled based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to model the fault location of distributed power distribution network,and the simulation of the distribution system is carried out by taking the photovoltaic distribution network as an example.According to the simulation results,the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm can be used for fault location of traditional distribution network,and has the advantages of simple programming and fast convergence.However,the access of distributed power sources cannot be solved effectively.The multiobjective particle swarm optimization algorithm can be well applied to single and multiple fault location with multiple photovoltaic distribution networks,and has a significant improvement in speed and accuracy.
