| The research on the financial risk of enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved in the current financial field,and it is also an important issue that can not be underestimated.For most enterprises,because they do not know their own financial risks in time,they can not take effective control measures to avoid risks in time,and eventually lead to frequent cases of enterprise bankruptcy.Since the 21 st century,China’s economic and social and cultural construction has entered a stage of rapid development.Air pollution has also become the focus of attention of the country and the people.Gas energy is a kind of high-quality low-carbon energy,which is characterized by safety and cleanliness.Gas has become the best choice of energy to alleviate air pollution in China,which also makes most gas companies get.In the process of operation and vigorous development of China’s energy companies,with the ever-increasing demand of the social market,the market competition of energy companies is becoming more and more fierce,which puts forward higher requirements for financial management tasks of enterprises.Based on the fundamental theory of financial risk management and control at home and abroad,this paper combines the characteristics of listed companies in the energy industry,and introduces BC Energy as the research object,introduces the basic outline of BC Energy,and highlights three of BC Energy’s financial risks.The aspects are: the company’s operating status,the company’s annual report for the past five years,and BC Energy’s previous solutions to financial risks,based on BC Energy’s 2014-2018 financial statements,from financing,investment,operations The four aspects of capital and cash flow identify the company’s financial risk factors and understand the problems in BC Energy’s financial risk control.Finally,based on the above results of the identification and evaluation of BC Energy’s financial risks,the main measures for financial risk control are proposed for the shortcomings of the company’s financial risks,which provide inspiration and reference for solving the financial risks of BC Energy. |
