According to the engine power under different circumstances,Variable valve timing(VVT)can adjuste valve opening continuously,regulating the amount of intake air of the engine at different speeds to achieve the best match system.VVT system performance depends largely on the operating characteristics of the OCV electromagnetic solenoid valve.So how to test the performance of OCV electromagnetic solenoid valve is an important topic in the field.On the basis of analyzing the OCV electromagnetic valve material properties,structural parameters and working principle,Determined the functional requirements and the technical parameters of the OCV electromagnetic solenoid valve electromagnetic force testing system,proposed and designed the electromagnetic force testing system.to achieve high precision and high reliability.To further detective the material properties and structural parameters of the solenoid valve how to impact the solenoid valve performance.In this paper,We analyzes the OCV solenoid valve static characteristics and dynamic characteristics,According to Maxwell's equations and the OCV solenoid valve static and dynamic mathematical model have been established.Two-dimensional simulation of the OCV electromagnetic valve have been done with the Ansoft Maxwell software.The main work is as follows:(1)Analysis OCV solenoid valve structure and principle,proposed OCV electromagnetic force solenoid valve test system solutions,and complete test system hardware type,software development platform,development language of choice.(2)Finish software and hardware design OCV solenoid valve electromagnetic force testing system.For the hardware part,in accordance with established solution,each module of the system one by one to build;the software part of the system architecture design software,to complete the preparation and commissioning of each module of the program.Finally,to complete the overall system debugging.(3)According After studying the electromagnetic theory,combined with the solenoid valve material properties and structural parameters,to complete the establishment OCV solenoid valve static mathematical model and dynamic mathematical model.Using Ansoft Maxwell electromagnetic finite element analysis software to establish the solenoid valve two-dimensional finite element model of the magnetic field through parametric analysis,study the effects of electromagnetic valve core length,diameter,location and other parameters of the electromagnetic coil force by the simulation results with the electromagnetic force comparisons of actual test results of the test system to verify the test results.OCV solenoid valve electromagnetic force testing system designed in this paper has a test environment to test the electromagnetic force in the solenoid valve is easy to implement,low power consumption,low cost,can effectively make up for the traditional test system solenoid valve solenoid valve solenoid force characteristics and other aspects of the test deficiencies,and has broad prospects for development.
