| Wind energy is a kind of abundant and clean natural energy,no pollution of the environment,abundant,an inexhaustible.Wind power is being more and more get promotion and application.In wind turbines,it is very important to the normal operation of wind power gear box,and the reason of wind power gear box fault is that most of the bearing problem.So,studying the bearing design,modification of roller,inner and outer ring of the processing as well as the bearing fatigue life calculation have important significance.The load range,contact stress of roller with inner and outer ring of bearing NU2326 is calculated in this article with the basic theory.The design method of the straight generatrix roller,the convex roller,circular arc fixed line roller and logarithmic curve roller is listed.The processing technology of inner and outer ring of bearing and roller are introduced in detail.Then the four kinds of roller have been carried on the finite element analysis.First select the cylindrical roller beared the largest as the research object and the finite element model of straight generatrix cylindrical roller bearing,the finite element model of convex generatrix cylindrical roller bearing,the finite element model of circular arc fixed line cylindrical roller bearing,the finite element model of logarithmic curve type cylindrical roller bearing are established.The contact stress between straight generatrix roller and inner ring is 2233.4 MPa.The contact stress between convex generatrix roller and inner ring is 1715.6 MPa.The contact stress between circular arc fixed line roller and inner ring is 1887.01 MPa.The contact stress between logarithmic curve type roller and inner ring is 1482.01 MPa.Finally,the life of NU2326 bearing is calculated and the expectancy is 20.74 years by checking the life,so the design meet requirements.In this article,theoretical calculation and finite element analysis of wind power gearbox high-speed shaft bearing are achieved.Four kinds of roller,the processing technology of inner and outer ring of bearing and roller,strength calculation of bearing,life analysis method of wind power gearbox high-speed shaft bearing are discussed,which provides certain theoretical basis for the design of wind power gearbox high-speed shaft bearing and optimization. |
