With the rise of the Internet wave,IT technology is developing rapidly.In contrast,the risk management of IT projects in recent years has not improved as the technology,the failure rate of IT projects is still high.In this paper,we propose a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for dynamic risk in the project development,in order to analysis and control the risk.This method can be used to evaluate the risk of the project in real time based on the risk points of each period of IT project.The input of this method is flexible,which can reflect the tendency of the evaluation system.In order to improve the practicability and to verify the result of the research,the paper has developed the software of the risk model,used the software to carry out the theoretical calculation,and used actual case to verify the data.
