| Continuous and stable power supply is the basis of ensuring the orderly operation of the city,and with the continuous expansion of the scale of urban power grid,power accident will seriously affect the safety of urban power,and even improper rescue plan will furtherly expand the accident loss.Therefore,the research on the city power emergency technology,reducing the loss of power accident has become an extremely important issue.Under the power accident of the city,the city electric power emergency technology can provide a powerful technical guidance for the rescue and recovery.In this paper,we use the method of load distribution,network analysis,multi objective optimization and method of multi attribute value function to study the urban power emergency technology in the aspects of the storage location,material dispatch,dispatch power transfer and power emergency and public emergency linkage.The specific research results are as follows:1)In this paper,Location model of electric power emergency material storage considering load rating is proposed.Firstly,the model uses load sequence to divide load level,and then uses the local central point to find out the optimal reserve database.In the end,the total loss is taken as the objective function.This method can effectively balance the importance of each load point,so that the material storage has more practical value.2)In this paper,a power emergency dispatch model based on multi-objective evolutionary algorithm is proposed.In this model,the path selection scheme is proposed firstly,and then the related constraints are set,and the objective functions are material satisfaction function and time satisfaction function at each load point.The method considers the satisfaction function of each load point,so that the power emergency material dispatch scheme can reduce the loss of load points.3)In this paper,we study the transfer of power emergency dispatch.We select the power loss,personnel status,equipment status and other indicators,and give the mechanism and process of power emergency dispatch.Finally,the method of multi attribute value function is used to solve the model,and a numerical example proves its rationality.In this method,a scheme of power emergency dispatch is given,which has good practical significance and application value.4)This paper studies the linkage between urban power emergency and public emergency.This paper introduces the linkage relationship between the city electric power emergency and public emergency,analyzes how to do the linkage between the power emergency department and the public emergency department,and gives the example to introduce the relationship between power emergency and fire service and transportation business.Finally,the response system of city electric power emergency is put forward,which provides a feasible plan for the city electric power emergency linkage.This paper embarks from the above four aspects,researching on electric power emergency decision-making in the key technologies,researching the main innovations embodied in load along the thought,the optimal path selection,multi-objective optimization,scheduling rights transfer index selection.The content of this paper in the urban power grid emergency decision-making process has certain guiding significance,the power emergency material reserve bank address more reasonable,emergency rescue materials dispatching scheme optimization,scheduling rights transfer model is more comprehensive,the power emergency linkage system more perfect. |
