Standardization Of Satellite Integrated Test System Design And Implementation

"Twelfth five-year" is China’s space industry five years of rapid development,each space unit task rapidly grow.Unprecedented dense type task has brought many problems to research institute,one of which is the satellite test system of the system level general is low,commonality for the new project model manpower cost is too high,form a complete set of special test system has become the restriction factor of the aerospace industry.In order to solve the traditional test system development cycle is long(almost a year),high occupancy funds(tens)and system low reuse rate of less than,to develop standardized generalized satellite test system has become the urgent need of the satellite development organizations.In this article thoroughly study satellite test system architecture,on the basis of combining the reality of the current space technology research institute of Shanghai satellite test requirements,proposes and implements a system level standardization satellite test system,the test system can be applicable to the Shanghai institute of space technology in the research,the pre satellite comprehensive test task model.When standardized test system design,aimed at the bottleneck problem in traditional test system standardization,which includes control table,the sun analog array,tt&c link box,data transmission & data relay link box special equipment such as generalization problem.Through the key technology research,to complete the equipment upgrade the standardization,and then realize the standardization of the whole test system.Concrete scheme standardized test system is to supply and distribution,such as measurement and control,data transmission & data relay testing subsystem of standardized design,will test cabinet as the smallest functional unit testing system,is also a standard unit;Input/output interface to each type of cabinets provide standardization,standardization of system function,a standardized performance metrics.To standardize the key equipment of the testing system and integration tests show that the standardized test system design reasonable,system function performance indicators meet the requirements,can be applied to all in Shanghai institute of space technology research,the pre satellite model integrated testing tasks.
