With the rapid development of rail industry in China,various forms of rail transit comprising high-speed rail,bullet train,subway,light rail and monorail are influencing people's lives subtly.The operating experience of urban rail in foreign metropolitan cities demonstrates that the vigorous development of urban rail transit is critical to alleviate domestic traffic congestions.As the traffic congestions are becoming increasingly severe,the evolution of urban rail transit,which exhibits high growth potential for the future and social significance,will be speeding up.CAN,with the features of low cost,high speed,optimized real-time performance and high reliability,is a field-bus protocol that has been used extensively around the world.At present,many large corporations in related industries at home and abroad are supporting the development of CAN protocol.CANopen,being one of the application-layer protocols of CAN,has been recognized by International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)as the communication standard of rail industry and applied considerably in foreign and domestic rail industries.In this paper,a secure transmission model,based on the application layer protocol scalability,is designed according to requirements on signal risks in standard EN50129,to ensure the data transmission reliability of the communication system and information processing ability of each subsystem.The model gets down to the streetcars CANopen communication network application layer protocol,and satisfies the security and efficiency of individual data,and the whole network 's PDO-fluency.Traditional commission mode and the secure transmission model were,in this paper,set in the real tram streetcar communication network environment and tested communication effect respectively,and transmission efficiency of both field bus placed against different network environments are analyzed.At last,by testifying the reliability of the function of the model proposed in this paper as embedded in the tram track side security platform simulation system,it is verified that the security transmission model improves effectively the efficiency and security of tram communication.
