Network construction planning is crucial for the construction of intelligent substation networks and future developments.It is not only related to the cost and quality of network construction,but also affects the future upgrade of the network.There are many types of intelligent substation communication equipment,communication forms are different,and the performance requirements of message transmission are also different.How to rationally and forward-planning the network in smart substations is extremely important for achieving the development goal of "strong smart grid".Based on the network needs of intelligent substation,this plan introduces the most advanced wireless technology on the basis of wired network planning in combination with project requirements,reducing the cost of network construction and future upgrades.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the demand analysis of the intelligent substation network construction target is carried out,and the data transmission direction,the real-time data transmission,the data traffic size and the network performance requirements of the switch are analyzed.Based on this,a hybrid substation communication network is constructed by selecting a hybrid network of wired communication and wireless communication.The entire hybrid network is divided into two parts: the station control layer wireless network and the process layer wired optical network.Due to the special electromagnetic environment of the intelligent substation,the mixed channel planning of the station control layer wireless network is carried out,and the 2.4G channel and the 5.8G channel are mixed and used to fully utilize their characteristics for message transmission.The reliability and maximum delay of several networking schemes of the process layer wired optical network are compared,and the networking scheme suitable for the project is selected.At the same time,in order to improve the quality of intelligent substation communication network service and solve the high delay problem in wireless transmission,the wireless transmission of intelligent substation is studied and a wireless transmission backoff mechanism based on message priority and hash function is proposed.After the completion of the entire communication network,in order to improve the reliability of the network and reduce the load of related devices,the entire network is configured witha virtual local area network.Finally,the traffic test and delay test of the intelligent substation communication system with configuration are carried out,and the optimization and improvement measures are proposed for the test results.In this paper,the network construction planning of the secondary equipment of intelligent substation is elaborated.Based on the detailed analysis of the related requirements of network construction,the networking scheme that meets the project is proposed.The network performance has been tested and verified to achieve the expected effect.The same program design and follow-up high-performance smart grid construction accumulated practical experience to help the construction of "strong smart grid".
