Distribution network is an important part of power system s and the main load center with large power,high load density,and high quality power supply.Construction and retrofit projects in the distribution network must be coordinated,implemented and coordinated with the regional plan.But the current distribution network is relatively backward,mainly in obsolete equipment,inadequate power supply,power grid structure is irrational,poor reliability,power quality and low regard.Therefore,it is necessary for rational planning distribution network in order to meet the development needs of the load,to ensure economic operation of the power grid.The "Thirteen Five-Year Plan" period,Yongnian County will form a county as the center,the county as the center and the park as a support to industries with local advantages as the basis for the emerging high-tech industries as the leading,competing for the development and strode across the pattern.Based on the administrative level and the degree of economic development,Yongnian County power supply area is divided into C and D.Focus on building a modern distribution network target the main issues for Yongnian County each pow er distribution network partition exists,combined Yongnian County's economic development,electricity demand,using a variety of methods of analysis of power load forecasting.Then the basic principle of distribution network planning is put forward.Accor ding to the network load analysis results,the voltage grid and the line construction scale are planned.Finally,the investment estimate and benefit analysis of the planning scheme are finished.The planning study can comprehensively enhance the Yongnian County power grid resource allocation ability,security and stability level and economic operation efficiency,the county-level distribution network planning and development of great significance.
