In recent years,in order to build a "strong smart grid",China has begun to build a new generation intelligent substations on a large scale,and has initially completed important demonstration projects.According to the power development plan of the National Development and Reform Commission,around 2020,China plans to put nearly 6,000 smart substations of 35 k V and above into operation,among them,more than 5,000 are newly build,more than 1,000 are technologically transformed and upgraded,aiming to build a global energy Internet enterprise.Therefore,the intelligent transformation of ultra-high voltage substations is imperative.Traditional substations mostly adopt a "three-layer two-network" structure,which has complicated wiring,multiple communication interfaces between devices and a large number of fibers,making it difficult to maximize information sharing.This thesis takes Baiyin 750 k V substation as the research object,combining theory and practical engineering to study the network communication technology of the new generation of intelligent substation,establishes a "two layers and one network" network structure,which combines the process layer and bay layer in order to optimizes traditional substations..Firstly,the completed network is divided by using the intelligent substation simulation LAN,the bay layer and process layer in the original substation are merged into equipment layer,the substation layer is renamed the system layer;the MMS,GOOSE,SV and time synchronization network are combined into a new network structure.Based on the above division,the "three-layer and two-network" structure has been optimized to a "two-layer and one-network" structure,which eliminates independent networking and enables signals to be transmitted by the Microsoft Media Server protocol.Secondly,analyze the secondary protection data flow distribution of the 750 k V Baiyin substation,draw the diagram of data flow,use the standard IEC61850-9-2 format to calculate the relative flow of GOOSE,SV,MMS and IEEE1588 messages,so that the number of equipment and maintenance costs are significantly reduced.Then optimize the design of the communication loop,reduce the number of network ports and the data transmission delay by merging the communication equipment of the process layer and the bay layer.Finally,the simulation software is used to verify the feasibility of the "two-layer,one-network" structure,and apply the design to actual engineering transformation according to industry-related technical management specifications to meet the network data transmission requirements of traditional smart substation in the new architecture,so that the optimized substation can operate safely,reliably and smoothly.
