In recent years,China's aviation industry has flourished,especially in the field of civil aviation.The self-developed ARJ21 aircraft has been officially put into operation in the market.Meanwhile,the successful first flight of the domestic aircraft C919 also means that China has taken an important step toward a major and powerful civil aviation country.Obtaining an airworthiness certificate is a prerequisite for the operation of the aircraft worldwide.At present,the C919 aircraft is applying for a type certificate in EASA,and still faces many validations and examinations during the period.Research on the C919 aircraft cargo block network and its fixtures,from product design to airworthiness verification,obtaining the corresponding design change certificate,is of great significance for accelerating the airworthiness certification of the C919.In this paper,the C919 cargo block network fixed device design and airworthiness verification have been deeply studied,which mainly doing the following work: 1.Deeply interpret the current regulations of China which is related to the airworthiness certification,and sort out a process of the common airworthiness certification.The design assurance system of EASA which is cited in the new regulations is also studied and the applicants are advised on several key technical requirements so that they can build their design assurance system.2.Understand the civil aviation regulations applicable to the C919 aircraft one by one,and carry out the screening of the clauses related to this design change as the basis for verification.At the same time,determine the method for verifying the conformity which is about each basic provisions of the validation.3.Use CATIA software to establish the model of the modified package product,and actually put into production.In the same way,use PAM-CRASH and ANSYS software to carry out the finite element analysis of the modified package products to theoretically verify the structural strength.In addition,built the laboratory and use the test facility to carry out the limit test on the test piece of the modified package with the purpose of verifying the structural strength in the fact.4.Use ANSYS software to analyze the fatigue life of the design change package product,and provide the basis for the formulation of the product maintenance plan.
