Environmental pollution is getting worse now.Energy is gradually decreasing.Therefore,more and more consumers are buying new energy vehicles.Electric vehicles account for a large proportion of new energy vehicles.However,electric vehicles have many safety problems.Parts of the security problem stem from the low accuracy of the BMS.The BMS cannot detect the fault information in time.From the above,it can be concluded that BMS is very important for electric vehicles.The BMS has three functions.They are: collection of battery information;online estimation of parameters such as SOH;and equalization control.This article will be designed around these three functions.This article uses ELM to estimate SOH.The training data uses the data set provided by NASA.The input parameters of the ELM are the time required to complete the voltage rise during charging.This paper trains two ELM models.The first model establishes the relationship between time and capacity.The second model establishes the relationship between this charging time and the next charging time.The final training error is good.Battery information is collected through the sampling board.The MCU of the sampling board is KEA128.The design of the sampling board is derived from functional requirements.The sampling board has the function of collecting battery information.The sampling board also has the function of passive equalization and storage of fault information.The sampling board uses CAN to send information to the main control board or monitoring platform.This paper designed self-test to ensure that the LTC6804 can correctly collect battery information,such as detecting equalization loops.The self-test and the normal sampling are alternated.This paper designed two monitoring platforms.One is the vehicle monitoring platform and the other is the remote monitoring platform.The function of the vehicle monitoring platform is to configure the parameters of the sampling board and the main control board.Another function of it is to displaythe alarm information of the lower computer.The remote monitoring platform displays the vehicle information.This information includes vehicle fault information,operation information,and the like.The monitoring platform is not subject to environmental constraints.The monitoring platform can monitor electric vehicles at any time.
