Wireless energy transmission technology is flexible and convenient,electrical isolation,maintenance free,strong environmental adaptability and other advantages,is expected to be used in aerospace,electric vehicles,implantable medical,consumer electronics,smart home and other fields,has become a research hotspot in academia and industry.However,wireless energy transmission technology still has many problems such as multiple compensation components,poor anti-migration performance,low energy transmission efficiency and high system cost,which hinder the practical process of wireless energy transmission technology.In this paper,from the perspective of magnetic coupling structure,simulation is given based on Maxwell's distribution of the magnetic field intensity,the resistance to cross solenoid type are obtain Ed offset magnetic coupling structure,and gives the resistance to deviate from the design idea of magnetic coupling structure,according to the control variable method,put forward the optimization method of migration of loosely coupled transformer,the proposed cross solenoid type resistance against offset magnetic coupling structure and other traditional offset magnetic coupling structure comparison,it is concluded that the proposed cross type solenoid magnetic coupling structure has stronger ability to resist the offset of the conclusion.This paper presents a high-order compensation topology of S/CLC.Compared with the classical compensation topology,this topology has a larger output adjustment range,the maximum output power of the system is independent of the loosely coupled transformer,and the system efficiency is higher.In this paper,the compensation topology of S/CLC is analyzed,and a circuit parameter adjustment method is proposed to realize the switch device ZVS soft switch.By modifying the compensation value of the topology element C3 of S/CLC,the switching loss of the system can be reduced and the system efficiency can be improved.In this paper,PSO algorithm is used to try to improve the parameters of compensation topology.The improved parameter tuning method can effectively improve the migration resistance of IPT system by breaking the relationship between the original compensation element and coil self-inductance or leakage inductance resonance to find the compensation parameter with the strongest anti-migration ability from a wider range.Meanwhile,the post-stage Buck converter is modeled to realize the regulation of output voltage on the load side,and the PI controller is designed to realize the closed-loop control of the system.Finally,a prototype system is built in this paper.Under the condition that the transmission distance is 150mm and the offset distance is 40%of its own size,namely120mm,the radio energy transmission with a power of 450W is realized,and the overall efficiency is 89.6%,meeting the designed index.
