With the rapid development of the warehousing and logistics industry,AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle)has gradually become the standard configuration of intelligent logistics.Due to the low security and poor flexibility of the traditional contact charging method of AGV,it is not suitable for the fully automatic operation of the system,which makes high security,highly adaptable high frequency medium power magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transmission system the best choice.This paper first analyzes the basic resonance compensation network of the wireless energy transmission system,and selects the SP compensation network as the research object.The working principle of the SP compensation cavity is analyzed based on the circuit equivalent model.According to the above analysis,the effects of mutual inductance and load on the output power of SP compensation cavity are studied.The relationship between voltage gain and secondary quality factor and working frequency of SP compensation cavity under different coupling coefficients is studied.High frequency medium power magnetic coupling resonant radio energy transmission system is designed.For the charging of lithium battery,constant current and constant voltage segmentation charging mode is adopted.Based on this charging method,the closed-loop control system of wireless charging receiving end is studied.The circuit model is established and the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of the circuit model is analyzed by Matlab simulation.The closed-loop control is realized by PI regulator through compensating and adjusting the dynamic and steady-state performance of the charge control system.Based on the above theoretical analysis and the requirements of lithium battery charging parameters in the AGV scene,the hardware circuit of the high frequency medium power magnetic coupling resonant radio energy transmission system is designed in a targeted manner,mainly including the design of the primary and secondary power coils;the design of resonance compensation network;the full bridge inverter circuit and high-frequency rectifier circuit device selection,loss calculation and heat sink selection;and receiving terminal charging circuit.A physical platform of high-frequency medium-power magnetic coupling resonant radio energy transmission system is built,and the transmission power is up to 1,500W.It realizes 30A constant current charging and 56V constant voltage charging function of the vehicle lithium battery in the AGV scene.
