Process knowledge is the summary of experience and rules in the process design of the product,which is to be regard as a strong guidance for process design.With the expansion of production scale,the workload of product process planning increases rapidly.Summarizing and reusing process knowledge becomes the key to improve the efficiency of product process planning.The accumulation of traditional process knowledge depends on the design experience of technicians,and the efficiency of knowledge extraction is low and the degree of reuse is small.Based on data mining technology,the mining and reuse methods of process knowledge for typical spacecraft parts are studied in this paper.This paper presents a mining method of typical process decision rules based on concept lattice theory.The engineering model of process decision rules is defined to realize the essential processing of process information.Based on the constraints among various machining process elements in process information,an association rule model for machining process information of parts is constructed.Based on the data structure theory of concept lattice,an algorithm for generating concept lattice of process elements is constructed.And based on the mining algorithm of typical process decision rules,the association rules between process information of concept lattice of process elements are extracted to complete the mining of process decision rules of typical parts.The validity of the decision rule mining method is verified by the process decision rule mining experiment of typical spacecraft parts.The typical process route mining method based on improved SAP algorithm is studied.In order to obtain typical machining process routes from the historical process data of product parts,a matrix model of process route information is constructed,and a method of measuring the similarity of parts machining process routes based on Tanimoto similarity is proposed.Based on process route constraint model and similarity matrix adjustment,semi-supervised clustering strategy is realized,process route clustering model based on SAP algorithm and typical process route mining algorithm are constructed,and the operation process of SAP algorithm is improved based on dynamic damping strategy to improve iteration efficiency.Based on the historical process data of spacecraft sleeve parts,typical process route mining experiments based on SAP algorithm are carried out,and the validity of clustering of typical process route is evaluated.In this paper,based on the process knowledge excavated by the process knowledge mining method,the reuse method is studied.The process model of process planning based on knowledge reuse is constructed,and the method of selecting typical process in process planning is put forward.Aiming at the process flow design process under the reuse of typical process routes,a process flow design strategy based on machine-added feature process group is proposed.Based on the relationship between process knowledge in process planning,an integrated process knowledge organization form is constructed.By extracting the process characteristics of machine-added features of parts,the process flow is rearranged based on the typical process of the same type of parts reused,the route location method of target feature steps is summarized,and the validity of process design is evaluated and experimented.This research has theoretical significance for the acquisition and reuse of process knowledge in product production,and has practical value for improving the efficiency of process design and promoting the intellectualization of process design process.
