The flight control simulator is a test device applied to a certain type of radar system.It plays a decisive role in testing whether the radar system is in normal operation.With the rapid development of radar technology,the types number and transmission speed of the system interface is increasing,so that the demand for the flight simulator with multi-interface is becoming more and more intense.And the test environment of the radar system is changeable that it's necessary to consider the portability of the simulator.Based on the actual test requirements of the radar system,this paper develops a multi-interface,miniaturized flight simulator.This paper first summarizes the requirements of functions and indicators,and discusses the development plan,and then the hardware and software of the system are designed according to the determined scheme.The system hardware adopts multi-modular design method to divide the system into three hardware boards.The core board is equipped with ZYNQ SoC chip as the system main controller.the fiber-peripheral board is designed with the Fibre Channel circuit and the peripheral interfaces.The serial communication board includes the interface circuits of 1553 B,RS485,RS422,etc.The system software is divided into firmware and embedded software.In the firmware,The communication logic modules are first designed in ZYNQ PL,and then two buses are taken out from the PS.The AXI-Lite bus is used to control registers of the modules,The AXI-Stream bus is used to transmit the data.In the embedded software,the Linux operating system is transplanted,and the device tree is developed to describe the hardware information.Then a communication protocol configurable method(CPCM)is proposed,and the application software is designed according to this method.The user-interface can be configured by the protocol table,and it is available for different types of radar systems by modfiying the table.Finally,this paper systematically tests the developed equipment.Hardware(board power indicators,peripheral function),software(CPCM function,data file storage and sharing function),joint debugging(interface rate,processing cycles)are tested in this section.The test results meet the requirements of the system.Moreover,the device can complete the transmission,processing,display and storage of real-time(5ms)data in the process of on-site joint debugging.
