The hydraulic system is developing in the direction of high pressure and high power.The inherent flow pulsation problems of the commonly used pumps,such as piston pumps,gear pumps and so on are increasingly serious,which has a negative impact on the reliability and environmental friendliness of the hydraulic system.Although some lowpulsation pumps have been developed,this problem can be solved to some extent by special reinforcement of the piping system.However,there are still some cases where the previous method is not applicable,so research on hydraulic pulsation attenuators has been ongoing.The current trend is to develop a pulsating attenuator with a more compact structure and a wider operating band.Based on this,a hydraulic pulsation attenuator based on mass-spring oscillator system is studied.The influence of various parameters on its attenuation performance is studied by transfer matrix method.Some design codes of this attenuator are obtained.Moreover,the attenuation performance is further studied by CFD.By comparing with the model of the transfer matrix method,it is proposed to predict the resonance frequency of the attenuator more accurately by replacing the actual length of the attenuator neck with "acoustic length".The transfer matrix model was modified.According to the situation that the pressure center bias of the piston surface observed in the simulation,combined with the characteristic that the free end of the coil spring is also deflected under pressure load,it is proposed that the deflection of the spring can be compensated by the biased pressure center,thereby improving Attenuator attenuation characteristics.The effectiveness of this idea was verified by simulation.Finally,according to the previous design codes,the attenuator prototype was designed and processed,and related experiments were carried out.It is verified by experiments that the attenuator has good pulsation attenuation characteristic in a wider frequency range.In view of the fact that the resonance phenomenon of the attenuator is not observed in the experiment,the speculation that the damping between the piston and the piston sleeve is too large is proposed,and the speculation is verified by simulation.
