Research On Optimal Route Planning Model Of Inland Waterway

With the continuous development of inland waterway transport,especially the formation of inland high-grade waterway system,inland waterway transport plays more and more vital roles in the national economy and the society.However,compared with other modern transportation systems such as railway,highway and aviation,inland waterway transport is backward in the informatization level which couldn't offer network analysis or route planning service to the society.At the current stage,the gradual development of inland waterway information construction provides data support for the research and implementation of inland waterway network.By establishing the optimal route planning model of inland waterway,the channel geographic features can be integrated to provide more efficient and safer services for inland waterway transport.This thesis mainly studies the inland waterway network model and the optimal waterway route planning algorithm by the theoretical method and engineering application.The major contents and contributions of this thesis are listed as follows.(1)At the beginningif the thesis,it studies and analyzes the composotion of the channel geographic information through which we could pick up the vital factor in inland waterway network modeling.These fundamental data study lays a solid foundation for the construction of the optimal route planning model.(2)Compared with the construction method of land transportation network model,an extended inland waterway network model based on ”node-link” model is proposed,and the construction method based on this model is discussed in detail.(3)Based on the analysis of the factors of inland waterway navigation and the discussion of search algorithm based on graph theory,this thesis uses the improved A-star algorithm to realize the waterway route planning,and discusses the algorithm implementation process in detail.(4)The optimal route planning service program for inland waterway is designed and implemented.The mobile phone application program is developed to visualize the route planning results.During the application trial run,the inland waterway network model and route planning algorithm are optimized.
