The accuracy of the energy metering system is related to multiple interests and needs to be verified periodically.With the advent of distributed substations,the structural distribution of energy metering systems has changed dramatically.Traditional electric energy verification systems have been unable to verify distributed substation energy metering systems.In view of the above problems,this subject absorbs the frontier "virtual instrument" idea,combines the designed distributed data acquisition device with the energy pulse capture device and the host computer software to form a distributed substation energy comprehensive error verification system.It can do a good job of verifying the distributed substation energy metering system.The data acquisition device designed by this subject is divided into voltage and current data acquisition devices,which fully utilizes the time synchronization of GPS seconds pulse and the networking communication characteristics of wireless WiFi,realizes the synchronous collection and upload of voltage and current data of the calibration system,And power grid signal monitoring and other functions.The device adopts multi-ARM architecture,and uses STM32F407ZGT6 based on Cortex-M4 core as the main control chip.According to the function,the chip can be divided into sampling CPU and communication CPU.The sampling CPU controls the 16-bit high-precision sampling chip ADS8568,which performs time-synchronous sampling based on 1PPS second pulse,and the sampling rate is up to 20 KSPS,which ensures the accuracy of the energy verification data.The sampled data is sent to the communication CPU via the high speed SPI.In the communication CPU,the Nuttall windowed interpolation FFT algorithm is used to calculate the electrical parameter to send the display screen,monitor the grid signal,and then package the sampled data and assign a time stamp to the GPS signal.The main control chip drives the 100 M Ethernet chip DP83848 and the wireless WiFi module to send the sampled data packets to the host computer.The host computer unpacks according to the time stamp,and calculates the electric energy value by using the electric energy accumulation method.Compare it with the measured value of the digital energy meter to calculate the power error,so as to verify the integrated power error of the distributed substation.This paper first expounds the research background,significance and research status of the subject,and puts forward the main functions and performance indicators of the subject.After proposing the research plan of the subject,the article deeply explores the theoretical part of the subject,and then gives a detailed introduction to the hardware and software design involved in the subject.Secondly,the debugging process of the whole machine was recorded and explained.The error reason was analyzed through the debugging result.Finally,the whole article and the results were summarized and forecasted.
