In recent years,the medical instrument had been exploring and innovating constantly,and developing in the direction of intellectualization.The communication within the instruments had been particularly important to meet the needs of higher requirements of clinical diagnostics instruments.Even widely used in various industrial fields with its superior anti-interference performance,the fieldbus seldom found its application in clinical laboratory instruments.The full-automatic coagulation analyzer(FCA hereafter)was used as the research object,the fieldbus communication technology was used as the communication carrier of each module inside analyzer.CAN was selected based on comparing and analyzing the performance of current field bus.The FCA was composed of sampling system,photoelectric detection module and data processing & analysis module.The distributed structure control system diagram based on CAN was given,and the execution modules were further penetrated.The hardware and software design schemes and specific implementation schemes of each module were given in strict accordance with the technical specifications.Hardware system was designed and tuned including power module,main control chip,stepping motor control module,CAN controller module,photoelectric limit module,anti-jamming design and other functional modules.Software system was designed and debugged according to actual needs including initialization settings of CAN communication,data interrupt processing,stepper motor control,self-test program,and the control program.The STM32 and VP230 were connected to the bus to form the CAN communication network system structure.According to the functional requirements,a set of reasonable communication instructions was designed to make control terminal communicate via CAN.The design of instrument was highly automated,easy to operate and fully humanized were proved in experiments.The timeliness of CAN communication and the accuracy of data exchange ensured the reliability of the test results of instrument.The installation and operation of CAN communication wiring is simple,and the cost can be reduced both in the early stage of investment and in the later stage of maintenance and repair.
