Cylindrical roller bearings are widely used in aircraft engines,high-speed railways,ships and other devices.The performance of the rolling bearing will affect the performance of the entire system.In the bearing manufacturing process,the rings and the rolling elements have more or less geometric errors,which in turn affect the load characteristics and vibration characteristics of bearing.Therefore,based on the dynamics of rolling bearings,the load characteristics and vibration characteristics with the geometric error of the part were studied under the support of the national “Twelfth Five-Year” scientific and technological project(JPPT-ZCGX1-1)and the Natural Science Foundation(U1404514).The research object of this thesis is cylindrical roller bearing.The Fourier series expansion expression is used to describe the geometric error of the inner and outer ring raceways of cylindrical roller bearings,including error amplitude,error azimuth and error series.Discrete values are used to describe the dimension error of the roller diameter.In order to study the dynamic characteristics of cylindrical roller bearings with the geometric error of the part,based on the dynamic theory of rolling bearings,the nonlinear equations of dynamics of cylindrical roller bearings are established.Modeling was performed using the ADAMS software,and the force subroutines between the various parts of the cylindrical roller bearing were written in the Fortran language.The model was solved by the GSTIFF(Gear Stiff)algorithm.Taking a cylindrical roller as a research object,the load characteristics and vibration characteristics of cylindrical roller bearings with geometric error are studied.When there is an error of a single roller diameter,when the error value is negative,the contact load between the roller and the raceway is reduced,and the contact load between the adjacent roller and the raceway is increased;when the error value is positive,the contact load between the roller and the raceway increases,and the contact load between the adjacent roller and the raceway decreases;when there exit multiple diameter errors of the plurality of rollers,the size and arrangement order of the error rollers will affect the load distribution of the bearing;when all the roller size error value are random values,the greater the difference between the random error values of the rollers,the greater contact load between the rollers and the raceway changes.The error amplitude,azimuth and error series of the inner and outer raceways may influence the contact load between the rollers and the raceway,the number of loader rollers,causing the discontinuous of the loader rollers and the bearing life disease.When the error amplitude,azimuth,and series of inner and outer raceway are the same,the load distribution and bearing life are consistent with the ideal raceway condition.As the diameter of the inner raceway and the roller increase,the vibration acceleration value of the bearing and the amplitude of each frequency multiplier increase first and then decrease.With the increase of the outer raceway diameter,the bearing vibration acceleration value and the amplitude of the each frequency show an increasing trend;the roller diameter has the greatest influence on the radial vibration acceleration value of the bearing,the outer race diameter has the second influence,and the inner race diameter has the least influence.On the basis of the dynamic performance tester for the cylindrical roller bearing cage built by the research group,the roller with the diameter error is tested instead of the ideal roller,and the slip of cage of ideal roller and the error roller is tested,Thus verified the built dynamic model of the cylindrical roller bearing with the geometric error.In this thesis,the load characteristics and vibration characteristics of cylindrical roller bearings are studied both theoretically and experimentally,which has important theoretical significance for the design and manufacture of cylindrical roller bearings and the matching of cylindrical roller bearings.
