Rolling bearing is the core of the machine equipment, and the key parts of the equipment manufacture. The accuracy of the bearing movement plays an important role in the normal operation and the function of the equipment。The geometric accuracy of the bearing parts has important influence on the accuracy of the bearing. The relationship between the size error of the bearing parts and the movement accuracy of the bearing is studied, and s instructive to improve the precision bearing movement。Based on the cylindrical roller bearing as the research object, through the analysis of the characteristics of bearing components geometry error and the reasons, and the evaluation index of the accuracy of the bearing, the main factors such as the diameter error of the bearing roller, the error of the inner diameter of the inner circle diameter, the load outside the load, etc are studied, According to the structure and the geometric relationship of movements, a mathematical model of geometric constraints precision bearing movement has been established, the influence of geometric error of bearing element on the accuracy of the bearing is analyzed, and the variation of geometric error and bearing motion accuracy is found,The results show that with a single roller bearing geometry size increases, the error of bearing movement accuracy is lower; More than the diameter of the roller bearing size error motion accuracy and the influence of roller size and the arrangement of relevant.According to the load contact deformation coordination of the bearing element, the mathematical model of the bearing motion accuracy under the joint action of the geometrical error of the load and the bearing element is established. The dynamic equilibrium equations of inner ring are derived, and the variation of the motion accuracy of the bearing under the action of load and geometric constraints is analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the load, the radial run of the inner ring of the bearing decreases gradually. With the increase of the geometric error, the radial pulsation becomes larger and larger.
