With the development of the society,people more and more high to the requirement of living conditions,need to have both a comfortable life and clean pollution-free environment,northern winter heating is necessary in our country,the city has covered the collective heating,but to be in a coal-fired heating manner,in order to solve this problem,this paper designs a set of use special district heating means,and small and medium-sized fill the deficiency of the collective heating system.This design is a thermal storage electromagnetic induction heating device,is a power in 120 KW,frequency of 20 KHz electromagnetic heating device,the whole device includes heating power supply system,constant pressure water supply system,thermostatic difference heating system,and for its design of the upper computer monitoring system,the use of intelligent equipment to achieve automatic monitoring.The control network adopts the method of field bus,using profibus-dp and PN communication as the main communication protocol of the system,Siemens s7-1500 as the main station,s7-1200 and ET200 M as the slave station,and distributed I/O as the control network.S7-1200 from the design of the power station mainly,its unique four road high frequency pulse generator provides the design of electromagnetic induction,and in the heating temperature control system adopted Fuzzy control algorithm,in view of the outdoor temperature and the heating temperature set point problem of using the method,designed a series of Fuzzy controller,it is by the Fuzzy set heating temperature controller,Fuzzy PID controller to control the output,in the concrete structure design using the MATLAB software in Fuzzy Logic Toolbox and Simulink module offline design and simulation,The difference between the module PID and the traditional PID is compared in the test,and it is found that the series fuzzy PID controller designed is obviously better than the traditional PID,which obviously improves the response speed and ensures the stability accuracy.In the design of the upper computer,all the systems of the whole device are integrated in the control network with s7-1500 PLC as the control core,central monitoring is carried out on the basis of data interaction,and a user management system is designed to manage users more conveniently.PC monitoring system is adopted in this design,greatly reduce the workload of staff,and adopts the intelligent control method,improve the control level,to mention the collective heating system is set to complement in our country,especially the control of which can be applied to other similar system,has the certain model function.
