The paper focuses on the multi-variable decoupling control ofsynchronization system of the AC induction motors ----- decoupling thesynchronically modulating velocity system composed of two AC induction motors and transducers into velocity and tension subsystems by the application of Fuzzy.First, this paper makes the analysis of the tension model and finds the coupling effect between the speed and tension. On the basis of theoretic analysis of the system and the Fuzzy theory, two admixture Fuzzy & PID controllers are designed between the speed loop and the tension loop. In order to minimize instantaneous tension variation caused by the speed change, a Fuzzy decoupling compensator is designed in the tension system. S7-CPU315-2DP and Profibus-DP are used in the tension controlling system.This paper takes a lot of the controlling experiment on the platform of multi-motor synchronization system. Lots of experiments results manifest that the method designed successfully decouples the system into the velocity and the tension subsystem, and the system has good robustance against the disturbance of the load, and the dynamic and static attributions improve obviously, and the system can trance any defined route and almost has the same effect even if under the condition of alteration of the working methods of system transducer (constant ratio of voltage to frequency or the method of vector control) without alteration of other parameters (for example, the structure of controller and control parameters).
