With the development of society,more and more comprehensive business circles are gradually coming into people's vision,and the number of vehicles entering and leaving shopping malls is also increasing.Traditional vehicle management system,when vehicles leave,mostly need to wait in line.Payments are usually made by means of cash change or code sweeping.This paper collates the relevant information at home and abroad,improves the traditional algorithm,puts forward the solution of license plate recognition under special scenarios,and designs a license plate recognition and vehicle management system based on the delayed payment function of Wechat public platform combined with the application requirements of commercial parking lot.It makes the management of commercial parking lot more efficient and intelligent.It is more convenient for vehicles to enter and leave the parking lot.1)In this system,the vehicle does not need to wait for parking when it leaves the parking lot,and it can leave directly after collecting the license plate information by scanning equipment.Therefore,the collected license plate images are prone to blur,uneven illumination,inappropriate photographic distance and angle.In order to improve the stability of recognition,an improved Kittler algorithm combined with Bernsen algorithm is used in the process of binarization to improve the adaptability of the algorithm while guaranteeing the speed.2)On the one hand,the system retains the current charging method used in commercial parking lots;on the other hand,it uses Wechat Public Number to achieve delayed payment,which effectively improves the export speed and relieves traffic pressure.3)On the public platform of Wechat,users can query relevant information;on the server side,staff can generate reports of various specifications online according to the data collected and collated,so as to improve work efficiency and accuracy.Figure40;Table8;Reference 49.
