In recent years,with the rapid growth of China's car ownership,it is difficult to meet the needs of vehicles in existing parking spaces in large and medium-sized cities.In large and mega-cities such as Beijing and Shanghai,the population is large,and there are many vehicles on the road.Coupled with the scarcity of land resources,the parking area of vehicles is seriously insufficient.Some people have to park their cars on the road which causes traffic jams.In order to maximize the utilization of parking area,the three-dimensional garage has received widespread attention in domestic cities.Although the three-dimensional garage design significantly increased the number of vehicles parked in a certain area,it was followed by congestion in the garage entrance and exit and the busyness of the garage management system.Combined with BP neural network technology,taking the three-dimensional garage management system as the research object,this paper proposes a license plate location algorithm based on the color texture of the license plate picture,which realizes the management mode that the vehicle can enter and leave the garage without parking The main work of the thesis is as follows:1.Described the development background of three-dimensional garage,the development situation at home and abroad,as well as the relevant license plate recognition technology,PLC technology status quo;2.Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of several common three-dimensional garages,and selected the lifting and traversing garage as the research carrier according to the specific conditions of the central parking area with huge parking pressure;3.Aiming at the congestion problem of garage entrance and exit,this paper proposes a license plate location algorithm based on license plate character texture by using C#platform and EmguCV image function library,and optimizes the traditional BP neural network algorithm-based character eigenvalue extraction method.4.Adopt C/S architecture,Visual Studio 2013 development environment,select SQL Server2008 to build database,and improve the database management system of intelligent parking lot;5.Analyzed the working process of the intelligent stereo garage control system,selected PLC as the control component of the mechanical part of the three-dimensional garage,and compiled the control program of the three-story seven-seat lifting and traversing garage.6.The three-dimensional garage studied in this paper can not only effectively improve the utilization rate of parking spaces in shopping malls,but also monitor the garage in real time,reduce the time spent by customers on parking,and meet the needs of shopping malls.Finally,the paper puts forward the improvement of the system studied in this paper,and looks forward to the future work.
