Reliability theory is a comprehensive interdisciplinary new,it relates to the natural science foundation,application technology and scientific management science and many other fields,and has been widely used in all aspects of social production,especially in large and complex system,reliability management is particularly important.Considering the existing problems in reliability risk assessment algorithm and reliability management of distribution network,a comprehensive analysis and evaluation algorithm is carried out from the perspective of reliability.First,describe the characteristics and parameters of the distribution system,and describes the research status at home and abroad for reliability evaluation of distribution network risk,introduces the risk evaluation index system of distribution network reliability,according to the classification of the original of the risk assessment on the reliability index and the detailed description of the algorithm,based on the analysis of algorithms,this paper proposed a novel classification method new.Then,this paper introduces the analysis process of traditional FMEA and its application in the reliability risk assessment of distribution network,and finds the shortcomings of FMEA in the process of research.It puts forward an evaluation method based on FMEA to be applied in the reliability risk assessment of distribution network equipment.Through the improved method,a mathematical-physical-chemical model is constructed to carry out quantitative evaluation.At the same time,the mathematical-physical-chemical model is continuously revised to form a systematic business risk evaluation model to meet the requirements of quantitative risk assessment.According to the actual situation of the work,a unified calculation standard and method can be formulated,and eventually the reliability risk assessment of distribution network equipment can be formed.The process of reliability evaluation is analyzed,and the important influencing factors of reliability evaluation are pointed out.The process of reliability management of distribution network is put forward from two aspects of equipment reliability evaluation and optimal configuration of switches.Switch optimal allocation is analyzed by establishing mathematical model and dynamic programming method,which corresponds to the optimal allocation method in different stages.Finally,combined with reliability evaluation and work practice,the WINDOWS application program is written on VC++ 6.0 and embedded in the distribution network optimization analysis software package for comparison.
