Marketing is one of the important tasks for the economic benefit improvement of distribution network enterprises.Under the fierce competition in the power market,it is affected by the reform of the power market and faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities in the future development.In recent years,in order to improve the economic benefits of distribution network enterprises,how to improve the service quality of power production enterprises,broaden product promotion channels,and rationally adjust electricity prices has become a key research issue for distribution network enterprises.This paper takes Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau as an example to propose the marketing strategy research of distribution network of Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau.Firstly,by collecting domestic and foreign literatures,this paper summarizes the research status of distribution network marketing at home and abroad,with the low accuracy of power demand forecasting,the lack of comprehensive analysis of marketing status,and the inaccurate target market positioning.Start research.At the same time,the theories involved in the research of the thesis are given,namely,electricity market,marketing,and electricity market marketing theory.Secondly,it analyzes the marketing environment of Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau s distribution network from three aspects:user demand,industry competition and policy environment.The gray scale prediction theory is used to construct the electricity sales forecasting model.SWOT(strengths weaknesses opportunities threats)analysis method is used to analyze Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau s distribution network marketing advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats,and proposed WT(weaknesses threats)strategy,ST(strengths threats)strategy,WO(the weaknesses opportunities)strategy,SO(strengths opportunities)strategy.Thirdly,subdivide the distribution network market of Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau,and propose the correct target market positioning based on the target market analysis and evaluation results.Finally,the marketing strategy of the distribution network of Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau was proposed.This paper uses the electricity sales forecasting model to predict the electricity sales from 2008 to 2017.The forecast results show that the forecast results are more than 99.28%of the actual sales,meeting the forecast accuracy requirements.Therefore,this paper uses this model to predict the electricity sales of Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau from 2018 to 2020,and use it as the basis for power supply and distribution management,so as to achieve the purpose of improving service quality.On the basis of this,this paper adopts WT strategy,ST strategy,WO strategy,SO strategy,based on the results of enterprise power sales forecast,combined with target market positioning,from the three aspects of service,promotion,electricity price,proposed the distribution suitable for the development of Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau.Web marketing strategy.
