Under the background of "Made in China 2025",a flexible intelligent manufacturing production line oriented to teaching is designed to meet the needs of talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing precisely docking to meet the training of composite skilled personnel.The production line takes the positioning requirement of intelligent manufacturing factory as a reference,and carries out intelligent technical transformation according to the process of machining,grinding and testing of automobile wheel hub,which includes intelligent storage,numerical control processing,intelligent detection,transportation and sorting,industrial robot,general control unit and other typical links.The main research ideas and works in this paper are as follows:Firstly,according to the teaching and practical requirements of intelligent manufacturing production line,the processing,grinding,testing and sorting processes of automobile wheel hub are selected and analyzed to determine the overall control scheme.Then,according to the technological process,the teaching system is set up as five workstations: intelligent storage station,NC machining station,grinding process station,visual inspection station,transportation and sorting station.According to the functions of each workstation,the system is designed from the aspects of mechanical assembly,electrical control circuit and pneumatic control,thus the master control unit and execution are constructed.The control scheme of the unit and the communication network of the system through industrial Ethernet.Secondly,PLC,industrial robot,intelligent vision,WinCC,CNC system,cloud services and other programming and communication settings are completed.Industrial Ethernet is set up to complete high-speed data transmission and flexible flow control.PLC program is designed to complete flexible field control.Flexible terminals and intelligent vision are selected for intelligent detection and electricity is used.Subtags collect production information,realize flexible production,and build MES system for information visualization and high-speed data analysis and processing,and remote control and monitoring with the help of cloud,eventually realize the system debugging,to meet the customization and batch production of automotive hub.The teaching-oriented flexible intelligent manufacturing line simulates a control process which is very close to the actual production by integrating the core technologies of intelligent manufacturing specialty.Each workstation can be regarded as an independent system,and each workstation combined is a comprehensive system of intelligent manufacturing.The system also has strong flexibility,easy to configure different tasks,meet the needs of different teaching practices,and effectively support the cultivation of various post abilities of intelligent manufacturing skilled personnel.The teaching-oriented flexible intelligent manufacturing line simulates a control process which is very close to the actual production by integrating the core technologies of intelligent manufacturing specialty.Each workstation can be regarded as an independent system,and each workstation combined is a comprehensive system of intelligent manufacturing.The system also has strong flexibility,easy to configure different tasks,meet the needs of different teaching practices,and effectively support the cultivation of various post abilities of intelligent manufacturing skilled personnel.
