Forecasting Research On Asset Operation,Maintenance And Repair Resources Of Power Grid Enterprises Based On Asset Wall

After the reform of transmission and distribution price,as an asset-intensive enterprise,the effective improvement of asset management level has become a key measure for the sustainable development of power grid enterprises in the new era."Asset Wall" is one of the important methods of asset management in power grid enterprises in recent years.It is a tool for predicting the state of assets,especially in the planning and design,production and operation,and asset value management in retirement and scrap stage.It provides a basis for power grid enterprises to make capital planning and investment decisions in advance.In the cost of power equipment life cycle,the cost of operation,maintenance and repair accounts for 60% to 70% of the total life cycle,which is the longest lasting and most influential link.Therefore,this paper chooses the resource cost prediction of asset wall in the phase of asset operation,maintenance and repair of power supply enterprises as the focus of analysis,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing asset management.Firstly,this paper introduces the characteristics of power grid assets and the particularity of power grid enterprise asset management.On this basis,the environmental factors,business factors and financial factors affecting power grid enterprise asset management are analyzed.Then it introduces the composition of physical assets of power grid enterprises and the theory of life cycle management,selects the evaluation index and establishes the evaluation index system for the object of the evaluation of physical assets of power grid.Combining with the resource management in operation and maintenance phase,it analyses the application scenario of asset wall theory in operation and maintenance phase of power grid assets,and introduces the method of establishing the prediction model of asset wall.This paper puts forward a method for forecasting operation and maintenance resources of power grid enterprises,gives the design principle and specific analysis process of asset mapping model based on asset wall theory,analyses the method for selecting the life of physical assets of power grid enterprises,and gives a method for forecasting operation and maintenance resources based on Monte Carlo stochastic simulation,as well as the investment and operation and maintenance strategy decision-making method for the forecasting results of asset wall.The main transformer and circuit breaker are selected to carry out the example prediction.The research results of this paper can be applied to the prediction of assets operation,maintenance and repair resources of power grid enterprises,and effectively improve the level of assets management.
