Design And Implementation Of Operation And Maintenance Inspection System For Power Distribution Assets

The energy and power industry is facing the challenge and opportunity of digitalization.With the gradual opening of policies,the combination of innovation in business model and the development of new technologies will promote epoch-making changes in the consumption environment of energy and power on the user side.The historic new industrial revolution is coming quietly.The fourth industrial revolution,featuring new energy and digitalization,will realize the integration,interconnection and intelligent application of advanced information technology and green energy system.Operation and maintenance inspection system for power distribution assets designed in this paper is an equipment health index evaluation model,equipment failure model and fault early warning model for distribution equipment.This system cooperates with the operation and maintenance area and equipment asset maintenance department,establishes perfect electrical equipment health records,improves operation efficiency by using mobile operation and maintenance technology through the business model of agent maintenance operation,and achieves efficient control of equipment.The system is based on B/S architecture,using MVC design mode,Java and Spring MVC framework technology to complete the system development,and use Oracle as the database.Further module division on this basis,the system was designed and developed into six modules:user service module,nearby station module,power monitoring module,smart report module,smart customer service module,operation work module.(1)User service module:mainly responsible for user login,registration,password retrieval,role,authority management,etc.(2)Nearby station module:mainly responsible for displaying the information of base station and base station near the user on the map and clicking to enter the base station.(3)Power monitoring module:mainly responsible for Querying Historical curves and querying real-time curves and dynamic display.(4)Smart report module:mainly responsible for the query of daily/monthly reports,upload and download,online viewing reports,and query and display peak and valley reports.(5)Smart customer module:mainly responsible for the user and intelligent robot dialogue and can answer the user’s desired answers.(6)Operation Work Module:mainly responsible for the query,modification and release of work plans,as well as the assignment and collection of tasks functions.Operation and maintenance inspection system for power distribution assets has been developed and successfully operated to the distribution work of China Energy Electric Co.,Ltd.This project has changed the traditional power distribution mode and proposed a new energy Internet operation service solution to achieve paperless office,makes the work more intelligent and greatly improves the efficiency of distribution network.
