With the construction of smart grid,the pervasive application of smart meters is nonresistable and thus replaced the traditional electric energy meters.Continuous promotion in lean management brings along the rapid rise in electricity distribution and consumption.A great deal of data is collected which is to be extensively explored and utilized.With the fast changing from Information Technology(referred as "IT" hereafter)to Data Technology(referred as "DT" hereafter),intelligent technology,big data and cloud computation technologies are widely applied.This leads to the deeper study and research in informationalization construction among enterprises.Taking the data from one municipal power supply bureaus of one power grid corporation as core materials,this paper studies the mining technologies in big data values of electricity distribution and consumption.Electricity consumption and market behavior are accurately mastered by analysis of big data.In order to improve energy efficiency and customer satisfaction with personalized customer services,customer groups and multi-dimentional portraits are realized through analysis of channel data fusion and customer interactions.Big data and visualization technologies are adopted to build this system.The customer service auxiliary decision-making system is based on the electricity big data platform.This system is to be driven by the electric energy data and under the request of electric energy big data system funcationalities.Consisting of technologies such as integrated big data,data mining and machine learning,auxiliary decision-making system is able to establish user labeling management system,realize channel operation analysis,monitoring analysis and user energy efficiency management analysis.This will accelerate the transformation of the power enterprises from traditional business to information and data based big data business.Electricity distribution and consumption data in-depth mining and service value will be upgraded.Electric energy big data will lead power data accretion and innovations in business management.This paper is to lay the foundation for the designing and application of big data auxiliary decision-making system for electricity customer service.This technology can provide power enterprises with support for the electricity marketing and service adjustments,aided decisionmaking in lean management of electric marketing and customer service management standardization.Thus to effectively improve customer service and management standards for power enterprises.
