With the development of science and technology, the increasing amount of technology is wisely applied to hydrological telemetering, flood forecast, hydraulic engineering monitoring and flood prevention. This technology has been acknowledged by people and provides much accurate information of management of flood prevention, drought prevention and disaster prevention. However, current communication system of water conservancy bases on wired internet which lacks flexibility and mobility, resulting in some disadvantages to flood prevention. Because of the development of smart phones and wireless communication, mobile Apps are favored by all walks of life. If mobile technology is applied to water conservancy system, it can satisfy the irrigation workers of information acquiring, master all kinds of water conservancy information in current time and support basis of decision-making of key affairs. This dissertation discusses optimizing operation of pumping station and focuses on the mobile platform optimizing operation of pumping station, relevant supplementary information acquiring and how to apply Android system to optimizing operation system of pumping station.1. Realize optimizing operation of pumping station by mobile termination and server interaction. On the basis of different objects and targets, it classifies distinctive situation of optimizing operation of pumping station and makes a summary; it collects distinctive optimizing calculation method which is in conformity of its optimizing sort; it uses best calculation method to optimize corresponding operation model. Mobile termination transfers data to server. Server makes optimizing calculation and the calculation results will be returned to mobile termination.2. Realize current hydrologic data inquiry on mobile termination and provide current river information of optimizing operation of pumping station for reference by Android GIS technology. It can identify observation station of east line of South-to-North Water Diversion Project on the map. It is able to represent both current and historical hydrological data when clicking on any icon of observation station.3. This dissertation studies knowledge base of pumping station optimizing which is based on ontology. Meanwhile, it analyzes the theory of ontology and builds up ontology of pumping station optimizing. The dissertation proposes views of that pumping station knowledge retrieval are realized by semantics retrieval model on the basis of ontology and it considers realizing retrieval of pumping station optimizing knowledge on mobile termination.4. Realize mobile auxiliary system of pumping station optimizing operation. The dissertation represent that Android technology results in three function systems of real-time scheduling of pumping station optimizing operation, current hydrologic data inquiry of South-to- North Water Diversion, auxiliary decision-making knowledge of pumping station optimizing. Android system, utilizing relevant data of pumping station optimizing operation, conducts simulation run and achieves satisfactory results. All in all, it contains high availability and social value.
