Study On The Landscape Micro-renewal Strategy Of Wuxianguan-Huaisheng Temple-Liuyi Temple Historical And Cultural District In Guangzhou

With the development of China's urban construction from the incremental era to the stock era,the focus of urban development falls on the renewal of old cities.The historic and cultural blocks in the old city,which are the epitomes of the development of urban culture and life in different historical stages,show the social customs,local cultural individuality,cultural features and architectural features of a city,are the important preservation areas of urban history and culture,and play the role of inheriting culture with their own vitality.As a result,the renewal of historical and cultural blocks has increasingly become the key and focus of urban old city construction.However,after thousands of years of baptism,the historic and cultural blocks have already appeared old and damaged.It is increasingly difficult to meet the diverse needs of the current people,and gradually separated from modern life,showing a decline.Lacking of guidance,some elements of historical environment have been transformed privately.Valuable historical information has been gradually erased,which reduces the carrier of historical and cultural communication and faces the crisis of cultural rupture.Previously,the large-scale renewal mode was too focused on the improvement of the material environment,neglecting the connotation value of history and culture,which caused great damage to the historical landscape.Based on this,under the background of urban renewal and transformation gradually changing from large-scale to small-scale and gradual exploration,this paper puts forward a "micro-renewal" approach to enhance the landscape of historical and cultural blocks,in order to achieve the goal of protecting and inheriting the block culture and improving the block environment in a sustainable renewal way.As one of the ancient capitals of China for thousands of years,Guangzhou has a large number of historic and cultural blocks with high value.This paper chooses the representative historic and cultural blocks of Wuxianguan-Huaisheng Temple-Liurong Temple to explore the micro-renewal of landscape.The paper consists of five parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the historical background of the micro-renewal of historical and cultural blocks,expounds the concept and characteristics of the micro-renewal and historical and cultural blocks,and clarifies the main research scope and content.At the same time,the development process of renewal theory of historic and cultural blocks in foreign,domestic and Guangzhou areas is sorted out in detail,and the main research angles,research methods,important viewpoints and development trends are clarified,which provides a solid theoretical support for the research of this topic.Then,this paper puts forward the research methods and the organizational framework of the paper by summarizing and summarizing.The second chapter is the analysis and research of the concept of landscape micro-renewal in Guangzhou historical and cultural blocks.In the first chapter,based on the research on the development process of the theory of historical and cultural district renewal at home and abroad and the analysis of practical cases at home and abroad,the concept of micro-renewal is introduced into the landscape renewal of historical and Cultural District in Guangzhou,from the connotation,principles,participants,operation modes,contents,methods and practices.This paper elaborates the concept of micro-renewal in terms of path and other aspects.At the same time,it combines the analysis and research of historical and cultural district renewal cases at home and abroad to provide guidance for the practical application of the concept of micro-renewal in specific blocks.The third chapter is the research on the current environmental characteristics of Wuxianguan-Huaisheng Temple-Liurong Temple historical and cultural block.Through field investigation,questionnaire survey and interview,it summarizes and analyses the current characteristics and main problems of the block in the aspects of history,humanities,space environment and renewal mechanism,and excavates valuable development points for future research.Question-oriented strategies are put forward to lay the groundwork.The fourth chapter is the proposal of renewal strategy.According to the needs of block planning and development,the renewal objectives of improving the environment,protecting and utilizing resources,inheriting and activating culture are put forward.In view of the problems found in the investigation of Chapter III,the principles,methods and Implementation Paths of micro-renewal proposed in Chapter II are combined with the continuation of humanistic characteristics,the improvement of space environment and the construction of operation mechanism.Starting from three aspects,the renewal strategy of block landscape is put forward from macro-layout to micro-intervention,and the micro-renewal is transformed from theoretical research to practical level.
