As the country attaches more importance to environmental protection and energy security,the state and local governments have paid more attention to the development of the new energy automobile industry,particularly the public transit has been the key points and of great significance to the development of new energy vehicle technology of many cities.At the same time,with the acceleration of China’s urbanization,more and more rural people rushed into cities,which leads to gradually heavy traffic pressure in cities.Although China’s public transportation is developing rapidly,there still exist problems to be solved.Demand responsive transit is a new type of public transportation,which can solve many problems existing in public transportation in China and further improve China’s public transportation system.Based on the above background,it is of great significance to carry out research on routing for demand responsive transit with pure electric buses.Based on the summary of domestic and international research,this paper first analyzed the characteristics of pure electric bus,compared technical performance of different types of pure electric bus and traditional bus,and analyzed the charging characteristics,mileage and environmental benefits.Then,the concept and characteristics of demand responsive transit were introduced.The composition and operation process of the demand responsive transit system were described.The key elements which influence the operation of the demand responsive transit system were analyzed.In order to quantify the impact of pure electric demand-responsive public transport on corporate profitability and passenger travel,the paper aims at optimizing the company’s maximum profit,and fully considers the various factors of pure electric bus in the actual operation process,and establishes a pure electric demand response type.The mathematical model of bus route optimization problem is solved by Kmeans-based demand response site planning and pure electric bus route planning based on elite selection genetic algorithm.Finally,Lufeng City was selected to carry out the case study.The resident trip,traffic development and transit development of Lufeng City were surveyed.and build an example of the current electric passenger flow according to the current situation of Lufeng City.The mathematical model of the optimization problem is completed,and the programming solution is completed according to the established algorithm.The correctness of the model and the validity of the algorithm are verified.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of the operating profit is carried out through the electricity price change,It laid a theoretical foundation for the promotion of demand response transit with pure electric buses in Lufeng City. |
