The overall design of the brake system was carried out.The requirements of the brake system for air supply,brake management and auxiliary functions were analyzed.The composition of the brake system was introduced.The gas path part is analyzed and modeled.Model development of the brake control module,parking brake module,air source system and air cylinder,air spring supply module and air suspension system,basic brake equipment,virtual control logic,etc.are respectively carried out.The above sub-models are combined into a single-section vehicle axle control system model,which provides a model basis for the simulation study of the brake system,and proposes a model-based component selection method that can effectively select the valve components of the new product,which will shortened the time for new product development.The control logic was developed to establish the control logic of the brake control system,the air supply system,the brake anti-skid control system and the parking brake control system,which provided a logical framework for the development of the brake control system..The prototype of the brake controller was developed,and a three-layer architecture based on PCI bus and CAN bus was proposed.MVB and Industrial Ethernet are the first layer.PCI bus and CAN card,speed acquisition card,CPU and recording card are the second layer.I/O output card,I/O capture card and A/D capture card are the third.The layer is connected by a PCI bus between the first layer and the second layer,and the CAN bus is connected between the second layer and the third layer,and each board is designed on the basis of the overall architecture.Figure 62;Table 7;Reference 51.
