| Nowadays,a large number of steel slag stacking will pollute the environment,and the stone materials for road construction are becoming more and more "short".It is of great social benefit to apply steel slag to road construction.The permeable asphalt concrete pavement can reduce the road area water and increase the driving safety,but the aggregate in the mixture can not form a strong interlocking effect;while the steel slag has high strength,good wear resistance and good adhesion to asphalt.The characteristics are that the steel slag is blended into the OGFC-13 asphalt mixture to improve the related properties of the mixture.This paper mainly analyzes the properties of steel slag coarse aggregate,limestone coarse aggregate,fine aggregate,filler and homemade asphalt,and tests the expansion of steel slag;Using the Super Depth of Field 3D Microscope and Aggregate Image Measurement System(AIMS2)to distinguish the apparent structure of steel slag and limestone macadam with a diameter of 4.75mm~9.5mm and 9.5mm~13.2mm in Quzhou,Zhejiang;Steel slags with a particle size of 4.75 mm and above 4.75 mm will be selected by mass method and volume method,and the amount of asphalt was determined;Dynamic modulus,road performance,interaction with water and social benefits of OGFC-13 asphalt mixture of 0%,25%,50%,75%,100% steel slag prepared by volumetric method.The economic benefits were analyzed,and the recommended values of steel slag content were given,and the following results were obtained:Zhejiang Quzhou steel slag expansion rate can meet the requirements of the specification;The angularity and surface texture of steel slag are better than limestone gravel;In this paper,the OGFC-13 asphalt mixture is prepared by volumetric replacement;The dynamic modulus of OGFC-13 decreases with increasing temperature.At 10 Hz loading frequency,the dynamic modulus increases with the increase of steel slag at 5 °C,and the dynamic modulus at 20 °C and 35 °C,as the steel slag content increases,it tends to increase first and then decrease;The addition of steel slag will effectively improve the high temperature stability and water stability of the mixture,and the two properties are best when the steel slag content is 50%;The addition of steel slag can improve the anti-sliding performance of the mixture,and the anti-sliding performance is best when the dosage is 25%;The low temperature performance and volume stability of OGFC-13 steel slag asphalt mixture show a decreasing trend with the increase of steel slag content;The addition of steel slag can enhance the water seepage performance of the mixture;In view of high temperature stability and water stability,it is recommended that the amount of steel slag in the mixture is 50%;OGFC-13 steel slag asphalt mixture has good social and economic benefits. |
