As one of the four major science and technology cities in China,Hangzhou Science and Technology City has created a characteristic industrial park driven by innovation through government guidance,talent introduction,investment and other measures.At the same time,there are also some problems in the construction of science and technology city,such as incomplete supporting facilities and unbalanced spatial distribution,which bring some difficulties for its further planning and development.This paper chooses the future science and technology city of Hangzhou as a case study,expecting to explore its development status,find problems,put forward corresponding planning strategies and suggestions for the future science and technology city of Hangzhou,and hope to provide experience for other domestic science and technology city construction through research.Firstly,this paper reviews the concepts of "innovation space" and "science and technology city",and summarizes the related theories of urban space development,industrial agglomeration,science and technology city planning and construction,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following analysis.In the empirical research part,on the one hand,this paper elaborates the development of Hangzhou Science and Technology City in the future from three aspects: spatial location,development process and construction status,on the other hand,it carries out deeper analysis and research from the perspective of spatial analysis.In the process of spatial analysis,this paper starts with the functional spatial layout and the overall spatial development characteristics of Hangzhou Science and Technology City in the future: when analyzing the functional spatial layout,it carries out the spatial layout analysis based on the construction status quo from the functional space of residence,industry and public service facilities respectively;when analyzing the overall spatial development characteristics,this paper introduces the nuclear density analysis method and spatial gravity analysis method.Heart analysis and elliptic standard deviation model have carried on the thorough analysis to the spatial agglomeration and dispersion form,the construction space center of gravity and the spatial development trend of Hangzhou future science and technology city respectively.On the basis of the previous analysis,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the future construction of Hangzhou Science and Technology City,and puts forward the corresponding planning strategies and suggestions based on the current situation.The spatial development system is used to optimize the spatial layout of Hangzhou Science and Technology City in the future,and policy management strategies are put forward.Finally,the research results are summarized,and the main conclusions and prospects for the future are condensed.
