Study On The Present Situation And Changes Of Yangcun In Han City After The Founding Of The People’s Republic Of China

After the founding of the people’s Republic of China,with the influence of the national economy on agricultural production policy,great changes have taken place in the countryside.From the land reform,agricultural cooperation,people’s communes to agricultural reform at the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic,to the new rural construction,urban-rural integration,Rural Revitalization in the 21 st century,rural construction has always been the "top priority" of the country.Building a beautiful countryside is an important part of rural work.Because of the different geographical and natural conditions,with the development of social and economic levels,rural construction presents a complex and diverse characteristics.Therefore,exploring the deficiencies and problems in the process of rural construction and development,and seeking solutions,has become a hot research topic.Material.Guanzhong Plain is one of the birthplaces of farming civilization,which has a strong historical accumulation and distinct regional characteristics,and its present situation and development process of rural construction is representative to a certain extent.There are four types: owner-oriented,business service-oriented and balanced development,of which 20.83% are industrial-oriented villages.This paper chooses Yangcun,an representative industrial-oriented village in Guanzhong area,as the main research object.Based on the investigation data and current situation,this paper studies the track of the change of village spatial form caused by the change of production mode.To explore and solve the problems and problems in the development of rural construction.The main research object of this project is Yangcun.Through detailed field investigation and tracing,villagers at different levels are interviewed.A large number of data are collated and analyzed,relevant documents and materials are consulted,and the present situation of the spatial form of Yangcun is described.Taking the development of rural construction policy and system as the time axis after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,this paper deduces and restores the spatial form of Yangcun village in different periods after the founding of the Peolple’s Republic of China,analyzes its changing law,excavates the transformation of Yangcun’s production mode,the level of economic development,values and so on,and the spatial form of Yangcun.The relevance of the change of state and the reasons for the change of the spatial form of Yangcun.The study shows that the external factors driving the change of village spatial form come from the orientation of national policy,the improvement of economic development level,the transformation and upgrading of industry,the change of production and life style,the change of villagers’ values,etc.The core issues are the villagers’ constant pursuit of a better life and the rural spatial form.The imbalance of development.Therefore,the research is to find a way to solve the shortcomings and problems of industrial-oriented villages in the process of construction and transformation,and provide relevant reference for rural construction.
