In the face of increasingly serious environmental pollution and energy shortages,the development of new energy vehicles has become an inevitable choice for the automotive industry.In the field of commercial vehicles,high-efficiency pure electric buses have become one of the main development directions,the motor + AMT power system is still the mainstream power system configuration with its dynamic power and miniaturized matching motor.The research object of this paper is a pure electric passenger car equipped with a new electric drive bridge.The basis of this power system is in the motor + AMT configuration.By optimized and upgraded,the electric drive bridge with dual motor + double gearbox is used to transmit the energy of the power battery to the two sets of motors and gearboxes,so as to drive the vehicle.The main task of this paper is to develop a software control system for the vehicle controller that matches the configuration of the power system.Firstly,the structural introduction and working characteristics analysis of the key components controlled by the vehicle controller are carried out to ensure that each component works efficiently and safely under the coordination of the vehicle controller;then the software control system of the vehicle controller is designed and constructed to realize of specific functions to meet the basic requirements of vehicle driving;at the same time,study the vehicle master control logic and drive control strategy,divide the different operating modes according to the current running state of the vehicle,and control the power transmission system and auxiliary components in each mode.And studying the shifting strategy and torque distribution strategy to ensure that the efficiency of the powertrain system is improved while the driver's power demand is met,thereby reducing the energy consumption of the vehicle;and then controlling the vehicle through hardware-in-the-loop experiments.The strategy is verified to verify whether the shift strategy and the torque distribution strategy are implemented.Finally,the actual vehicle test is carried out to verify whether the vehicle meets the requirements of power and economy.From the analysis of the final experimental results,the vehicle controller software control system studied in this paper realizes the normal driving of the vehicle.The research drive control strategy realizes the efficiency improvement of the power transmission system,optimizes the working point of the motor,and satisfies the power and Economic requirements.
