Urban road is an indispensable part in the process of urban construction.With the continuous expansion of the urban area,a large area of natural ground is replaced by hard roads,which changes the original natural surface "rainfall-runoff-infiltration-evaporation" hydrological process,resulting in such problems as urban waterlogging,water pollution,heavy rainwater runoff,waste of rainwater resources and so on.Road green belt is an part of urban roads,which plays an important role in the treatment of rainwater runoff.Firstly,this text starts with the related theoretical study of urban road rainwater utilization at home and abroad.Combing out the development process of relevant theories,and outlines the relevant contents of urban roads,green belts of urban roads,urban road models,etc.Take those as the theoretical foundation of the follow-up research.Then,taking the main urban area of Wenjiang District of Chengdu as the research area.57 roads in the research area were investigated on the spot.This paper summarizes the road conditions within the scope of the survey,and chooses six typical roads at all levels which have the green belt for the main research.According to the actual data and related literature,models 6 typical road sections by SWMM model.Through the data of rainwater system outflow,surface runoff,surface water storage,peak time,peak flow,runoff coefficient,rainwater retention coefficient,each sub-catchment area's runoff and runoff coefficient,the actual situation of rainwater system of each road is understood.Through the evaluation and analysis of relevant data,it is known that the road green belt has a good influence and development in slowing down the runoff and absorbing the retention of rainwater.Then,introduce the feasibility of rainwater utilization in green belt of road,the design process of upgrading,the concrete measures and design principles of upgrading design in detail.On this basis,the strategy of rainwater utilization and upgrading in urban road green belt is constructed.Six roads were reconstructed and designed by biological detention zone,ecological planting pond,rainwater garden,sunken green space and other facilities,drawing cross-section maps of each road before and after design,and then using SWMM model to model each road.Compared and analyzed the model data before and after the design,evaluated the situation of urban road rainwater system after the design with the data of Runoff reduction rate,Discharge peak reduction rate,Discharge peak time,and Rainwater retention rate,and finally drew a conclusion.Based on the above research process,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)According to the survey,within the survey scope of wenjiang district,the road width is diversified,the road green belt is abundant,the road landscape effect is good,and the infrastructure is good.The road drainage mode mainly adopts the traditional drainage mode of "rainfall-runoff--rainfall-outlet--pipe network",and the utilization of rainwater is poor.(2)According to the model construction,Urban roads in wenjiang district have certain runoff control ability and rainwater retention ability,but the overall control ability is not high.The higher the rate of permeable green land is,the smaller the runoff coefficient is and the more rainwater retention is.In addition,the sub-catchment area with more area of green belt in the road also has a better runoff control rate,so the road green has a good influence and developability.(3)The strategy of building urban road green belt rainwater utilization promotion should follow the characteristics of the road green belt,carry out according to the corresponding design principles and process,and develop design objectives,and targeted selection of road green belt sponge city facilities,plants.(4)The utilization and improvement design of urban road green belt in wenjiang district should follow the strategy,combine with the situation of each representative road green belt,flexibly select various sponge urban facilities,and reasonably design the structure,size and plant configuration of each facility.(5)According to the model construction,the effect of rainwater utilization strategy of urban road green belt in wenjiang district is far better than that in the traditional situation.The road green belt should be combined with sponge urban facilities to achieve better runoff control rate and rainwater retention rate and improve the reuse of rainwater.Strategies and research results obtained from the research on rainwater utilization and upgrading strategy of urban road green belt in Wenjiang district,which provides some ideas for urban road construction in Wenjiang district in the future.At the same time,it plays a role in promoting the construction of urban sponge city and solving the problem of waste of urban road rainwater resources.However,the specific strategies need to be optimized and perfected in the specific practice in order to realize the significance and value of this study.
