Photovoltaic power generation green environmental energy-saving,its core accessories is solar silicon cells,its advantages and disadvantages are directly related to the efficiency of power generation.There are always many defects in the production process and assembly parts,such as silicon cell crack,gate break,black plate,etc.These defects seriously affect the efficiency and service life of silicon cells,and also reduce the power generation capacity of solar panels.However,if manual detection is still used to identify these defects,it will be difficult and inefficient,which will seriously affect the reliability and power generation efficiency of its silicon cells.In this paper,the classification of solar silicon cells is described firstly,and the components of three kinds of solar cell models are introduced in turn.At the same time,the different effects of their application are analyzed.Then the production process is explained,from production to packaging,there is a detailed process.Then,the operation principle of solar silicon cell is analyzed,and the performance parameters and equivalent circuit model of the solar cell are introduced.The factors which can affect the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar silicon cells are also described.Then the multi-type defects of solar silicon cells are described in detail,and the degree of influence and the mechanism of formation are introduced.Defects of solar silicon cells It will seriously restrict the development of industry and the efficiency of battery generation,so the research on defect detection is very important.In this paper,the detection principle,the detection condition and the detection result of the electro-luminescence method,the photoluminescence method and the phase-locked thermograph method are introduced.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the three detection methods are compared and evaluated.In the light of the combination of the electro-luminescence method and the machine vision system,the defect image is collected by the CCD camera,and the image is processed by image enhancement,morphology and image segmentation,so that the noise impurity of the defect image is reduced to the optimal state.the feature properties of the image are extracted at the same time The degree of influence of defects can also be preliminarily analyzed.Then the silicon cell is detected by electroluminescence method,and the defect detection based on electroluminescence method is analyzed from the aspects of the edge of the cell,the damage of the battery,the broken grid of the battery and the hidden crack of the battery,and so on.At the same time,specific classification and characteristics of defects can be obtained.Finally,through the defect detection of solar silicon cells,the above analysis process and the advantages of image recognition are summarized.In this paper,a set of detection system is established,which can not only analyze the causes and characteristics of defects,but also show the influence of defects on the battery in many aspects.All kinds of defects are summarized and studied,and the standard indexes of the system are listed,which is convenient for future management and maintenance.It can provide some practical reference help for the production of solar silicon cells in the future.
